Chocolate Almond Butter Banana Breakfast Smoothie {GF & Dairy Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 banana 100 Calories, sliced and frozen
  • cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk 30 calories
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter OR PB2 2 tablespoons 190 calories, 45 calories
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ -1 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds sprinkle of chocolate chips, chia seeds, flax seeds
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder 1 scoop oatmeal, handful of berries

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
