Soft Serve Banana {Whip} Ice Cream - One Ingredient!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas frozen chunks
  • Optional non-dairy milk of choice, adds creaminess, add a couple of tablespoons

Instructions

  • Put frozen banana chunks into blender or food processor.
  • Blend bananas for about 3 minutes in food processor or 5 minutes in blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Optional: Add a little non-dairy milk of choice to the bananas for creamier texture if desired.
    This banana whip mixture is the PERFECT soft serve ice cream.
  • Enjoy your soft serve banana whip!

Notes

  • If you want to add in additional flavors like peanut butter, nutella, or chocolate. 
  • Chocolate chips, candies, granola or fruit bits should be added after the bananas are blended.
  • Once blended, serve it right away for a soft-serve ice cream. You can firm it back up in the freezer for a few minutes.
  • Overnight in the freezer, it will turn into hard ice cream. If this happens, just set at room temperature until it starts to soften and enjoy!
