Monster Nutella and Peanut Butter Cookies

These fabulous, chewy Monster cookies have Nutella, peanut butter, oatmeal, M&Ms and chocolate chips. Bake longer for a crispier cookie. Great either way!! Pure bliss!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup Nutella
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 ⅓ cups M&Ms or Reese's Pieces any size any flavor
  • 1 ⅓ cups chocolate chips any flavor

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In large bowl, using mixer, cream butter, peanut butter, Nutella, and sugars until thoroughly combined.
  • Add eggs and vanilla and mix well again.
  • Add baking soda, baking powder, oatmeal, flour and mix until well incorporated.
  • Fold in Reeses Pieces, M&Ms, and chocolate chips or whatever combination you want!
  • Drop by large scoop or 1/4 cup dough balls onto baking sheets and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack to cool completely.
  • Makes: 2 dozen

Notes

Refrigerate if dough is warm. Cookies will spread out and these are very large. Mix up those goodies and add nuts or raisins as a nice compliment. Make these your own!
Also, make sure if you have any left that you seal them up.
