Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • ¾ cup Mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • Juice of 1 fresh lime
  • 8 ounces Cabo Tequila
  • ¼ cup simple syrup
  • Ice 1 - 2 cups approx
  • Salt or Sugar for rim of glass optional
  • Fresh pineapple and lime for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into blender (except salt and garnish)
  • Run your blender until the liquid is a frozen slushy blend.
  • --If you use frozen fruit, you can use less ice that way, so you get more flavor!
  • When your drink is through blending, pour into the glasses and enjoy!
  • Rub rim of glass with a lime slice and dip in salt or sugar. Serve and garnish with pineapple and limes.

Notes

Optional: You could add in a couple slices of fresh jalepeno's to give it a little heat--Yum! Don't over do it though! And some Guava juice would be good in here too :D
Trivia Conversion Tidbit:

  • To freeze leftovers, store in mason jars. Pull them out of the freezer about 20 minutes before you are ready to drink them and loosen the slush up with a fork. Yum!
