Heavenly Strawberry Pretzel Dessert
Are you ready to make this super easy, wonderful dessert? It begins with heavenly layer of a sweet and salty pretzel crust on the bottom. Then a luscious layer of cream cheese fluff in the middle, and then we top it with strawberry jello loaded with strawberries! Such a sublime layered dessert or as I call it Heavenly Strawberry Pretzel Dessert.

Pretzel Crust
- 1 ½ cups pretzels crushed
- 4 ½ tablespoon granulated sugar or organic sugar
- ¾ cup butter melted
Cheesecake Fluff
- 1 cup granulated or organic sugar
- 2 8 oz packages light or regular cream cheese
- 1 8 oz container frozen whipped topping thawed or 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
Strawberry Jell-o Topping
- 1 6 oz package strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 16 ounce package frozen sliced strawberries or fresh sliced strawberries
Pretzel Crust
Mix together the crushed pretzels, 4 1/2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter.
Press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
Set aside to cool completely.
Cheesecake Fluff
In a medium bowl, beat the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Strawberry Jell-o Topping
In a medium bowl, stir together the gelatin mix and boiling water.
Mix in frozen strawberries, and stir until thawed.
Pour over cream cheese mixture in pan.
Refrigerate until completely chilled, at least 1 hour.
Cut into bars and serve.
