Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Brownie Delight

Ingredients

Nutter Butter Brownies

Peanut Butter Fluff

  • 1 ½ to 2 cups heavy cream or 3 to 4 cups Cool Whip
  • ⅓ to ½ cup creamy peanut butter stir to get smooth before adding to whipping cream/Cool whip
  • ⅔ - 1 cup powdered sugar omit if using Cool Whip

Drizzles & Pretties

  • ½ cup Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of heavy cream optional, to make chocolate more ganache type.
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter optional, if you want more peanut butter chocolate drizzle
  • Reese's Pieces Candies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven 350F degrees.
  • Prepare brownie batter and pour half into prepared 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment paper, sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Add 1/2 of the Nutter Butter cookie chunks to the top of the brownie batter, then layer the rest of the brownie batter on top and spread out, add remaining of nutter butter cookies on top and bake for 35-40 minutes until baked.
  • Once the brownies are cooled. using mixer, whip whipping cream until it starts getting peaks. If using Cool whip, you can skip this step of whipping cream.
  • Add peanut butter and powdered sugar into the whipped cream and mix until well combined and you have a fluffy mixture.
  • Pour and spread the peanut butter fluff on top of of the brownies. Cover and put in fridge.
  • Melt chocolate chips and add as optional, you can add peanut butter/cream after melted and whisk together until thick and creamy. Add chocolate mixture to a pastry or snip hole in ziplock bag and fill with the chocolate and drizzle on top of fluff.
  • Sprinkle mini Reese's Pieces and serve when ready!
  • Keep refrigerated until use.

Notes

Tips

    • For a 9x9 pan, you can easily get 12 brownies, but I cut them larger for 9 servings.
    • For more servings, if you want to do a 9x13 pan, make sure you use a brownie mix or recipe that bakes in a 9x13 pan and double the rest of the ingredients for the peanut butter fluff and chocolate drizzles on top.
    • Make sure the brownies aren't overbaked so you have moist, fudgy brownies and not dry, hard brownies.
    • To cut the brownies, take them out of the pan with the parchment paper and lay them out on a cutting board or counter. Cut through the brownies and place on a serving tray for parties and guests!
