No Bake Coconut Cream Layered Dessert

With this No Bake Layered Coconut Cream Dessert, you can whip up this delicious and simple treat in no time. With layers of graham cracker crust, cream cheese filling, coconut cream pudding, whipped cream and toasted coconut, this delectable dessert is sure to delight everyone that takes a bite.

Ingredients

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs or cookie crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

CREAM CHEESE LAYER

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip or whipped cream

COCONUT PUDDING LAYER

  • 3 ¼ cups milk see homemade coconut pudding recipe in notes if you want to make it from scratch
  • 2 3.4 ounces instant coconut cream pudding

TOPPINGS

  • 12 ounces Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • Topping Choices: Add some toasted coconut caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, chocolate chips

Instructions

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter together.
  • Press the mixture into a 9x13 dish. Flatten the mixture using the bottom of a flat glass. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE LAYER

  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar using a hand mixer. Fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Spread over graham cracker crust.

PUDDING LAYER

  • Combine the 3 ¼ cups milk and 2 instant coconut pudding mixes together and whisk together for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth and thickened. Pour over cream cheese layer. Also there is the option to make homemade coconut pudding in notes below.

TOPPINGS

  • Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Can also add some caramel or chocolate sauce or chocolate chips for additional flavors!
  • Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

Notes

  1. Make homemade coconut pudding by doubling recipe and let cool before adding on top of cream cheese layer if you want to make your own pudding.
