Ingredients

No Bake & Easy 3 Ingredient Jello Pie

  • 1 premade or homemade graham cracker pie crust
  • 3 ounce orange or raspberry jello can also use strawberry & others
  • cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water or ice
  • 2 cups whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • More Optional Decor & Toppings - Add More Whipped Cream & Fruit to the top as desired to take it to the next level of fun!

Instructions

How to Make 3 Ingredient Jello Cool Whip Pie - No Bake & Easy

  • Add the dry jello mixture to a large bowl. Pour in the boiling water and whisk together until the gelatin is dissolved, around 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the ice cold water and continue whisking until the mixture begins to thicken.
  • Add the whipped topping and continue whisking until smooth. Chill the pie filling for 30 minutes.
  • When the filling is set, spread it into the pie crust.
  • Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Garnish with whipped topping and fruit is optional!

Notes

Substitutions or Additions
  • Use the small 3 oz box of any flavor Jello or brand of powdered gelatin. Also sugar-free jello can be used as well as sugar-free whipped cream!
  • Make sure hot water is boiling or near boiling and cold water is ice cold for best results.
  • You can also add ice cubes to cold water to make 1 cup to thicken the jello quicker.
    I love jello and whipped cream together, so I’m all about adding whipped cream to my jello pie!
  • Also add fresh fruit to really amp up the decor and flavors of the pie!
Store pie in fridge for 2 to 3 days.
