Easter Peep Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

Ingredients You Need for A Batch of Peep Treats!
- 8 graham crackers squares
- 1 ½ cups or 12 oz. any color of chocolate melts chocolate chips or chocolate bar (use any leftover chocolate for drizzles, if desired). I like using the Wilton chocolate melts for these.
- 8 Bunny Peeps or whatever Peeps you want to use!
- Pastel Sprinkles I used Wilton's Easter Micro Mix
Microwave chocolate for 2 to 3 minutes, stopping to stir after every minute until the chocolate is smooth.
Place a graham cracker into the melted chocolate, turn it over with a spoon to cover all sides, then lift it out with a fork and shake off the excess chocolate place it on wax paper or parchment paper lined baking trays.
Add the Bunny Peep to the top, followed with sprinkles. Do these one at a time, because the chocolate will be setting up.
Let the graham crackers sit until the chocolate is completely set, or put them into the refrigerator to speed up the process.
