Easter Peep Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

Ingredients

Ingredients You Need for A Batch of Peep Treats!

  • 8 graham crackers squares
  • 1 ½ cups or 12 oz. any color of chocolate melts chocolate chips or chocolate bar (use any leftover chocolate for drizzles, if desired). I like using the Wilton chocolate melts for these.
  • 8 Bunny Peeps or whatever Peeps you want to use!
  • Pastel Sprinkles I used Wilton's Easter Micro Mix

Instructions

  • Microwave chocolate for 2 to 3 minutes, stopping to stir after every minute until the chocolate is smooth.
  • Place a graham cracker into the melted chocolate, turn it over with a spoon to cover all sides, then lift it out with a fork and shake off the excess chocolate place it on wax paper or parchment paper lined baking trays.
  • Add the Bunny Peep to the top, followed with sprinkles. Do these one at a time, because the chocolate will be setting up.
  • Let the graham crackers sit until the chocolate is completely set, or put them into the refrigerator to speed up the process.
