15.25ouncebox Red Velvet cake mix
2large eggsroom temperature
½cupunsalted buttermelted and slightly cooled, or canola/vegetable oil
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1cupwhite chocolate chips
1cupholiday m&m’s
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vanilla and melted butter together using a wooden spoon to stir until just combined. Add the white chocolate chips and m&ms and stir to combine.
Using a medium cookie scoop (about 2 tablespoons), portion dough onto prepared baking sheets a few inches apart to allow them to spread – no more than 6 cookies per sheet.
Top with a few additional chocolate chips and m&m’s for more fun and color!
Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the cookies have set (but have not yet started to brown).
Allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
