Make your favorite holiday momentssweeter with this delectable Peppermint Candy Brownie Trifle this season using BRACH’S Peppermint Candy Canes and Peppermint Crushed Candy Canes!
Melt white chocolate in microwave and place in ziplock bag. Snip corner of bag and pipe melted chocolate onto brownies. Sprinkle BRACH’S crushed candy canes on top and place brownies in fridge so chocolate sets.
Cookies & Cream Filling
Crush chocolate sandwich cookies. Using mixer, mix softened cream cheese, ¼ cup hazelnut spread and half (8 ounces or 3 cups) of the whipped cream together. Add crushed chocolate sandwich cookies to mixture. Add ½ of the marshmallows to the filling and mix together.
Peppermint Whipped Cream Filling
Mix together the remaining whipped cream with peppermint extract.
Assembling and Layering the Trifle
Cut candy cane brownies into cubes and layer ⅓ of brownies on bottom of trifle bowl, placing the chocolate covered brownies facing outward for presentation in the bowl and filling in the middle.
Add ½ cookies and cream filling on top of brownie layer.
Dollop some hazelnut filling on top of cookies and cream layer.
Next, layer ½ of the peppermint whipped cream.
Add next ⅓ of brownies layer, followed by the rest of the cookies and cream filling, more dollops of hazelnut spread and the rest of the mini marshmallows.
Pipe a border of the remainder of peppermint whipped cream border on top and place the remainder of brownies in the center.
Finish the trifle off with adding some crushed candy canes on the whipped cream and place your favorite BRACH’S Peppermint Candy Canes, Holiday Heat Candy Canes, or Cherry Candy Canes on top!
Place trifle in fridge until ready to serve.

Whipped Cream - can also substitute with whipping 4 cups of heavy whipping cream, plus 3/4 cup powdered sugar for stabilizing whipping cream.
