White Chocolate Pretzel Rolo Bites

These quick and easy White Chocolate Pretzel Rolo Bites are the perfect yummy dessert snack or treat when it comes to the holidays!  Sweet and salty chocolate covered caramel, salted and crunch pretzels generously dipped in white chocolate.  Why not throw some colorful sprinkles in there too? We did!

Ingredients

White Chocolate Dipped Rolo Pretzel Treats

  • 48 Snaps Pretzels
  • 12 oz white baking chips or melts
  • 24 Rolo Caramels candy
  • Sprinkles of choice according to party occasion!

Instructions

How to Make White Chocolate Dipped Rolo Pretzel Treats

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
  • Lay out as many pretzel snaps as you want candy bar bites.
  • Top each pretzel with your mini rolos.
  • Place cookie sheet in the oven and bake rolos/pretzels for 3 to 4 minutes until the chocolate is melted, but they still hold their shape.
  • Remove from oven and top each candy rolo with another pretzel. Let pretzel bites cool completely till the chocolate is set.
  • Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments, until completely melted and smooth.
  • Dip the pretzels half way into the melted white chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  • After every 4 or 5 pretzels being dipped, top them with sprinkles evenly.
  • Let white chocolate set until firm. (For quicker results, place tray of treats in fridge for 5-10 minutes for quick chocolate setting on caramel pretzel treats!)
