Chocolate Cake Cheesecake Truffles - 2 Ways
The best things in life are chocolate, like these Chocolate Cake Cheesecake Truffles! These easy chocolate treats can be made 2 ways with either a dry cake mix or a baked chocolate cake mixed with cream cheese and then dipped in rich chocolate!

Ingredients You Need for Option 1
- 15.25 ounce box chocolate fudge cake mix bake according to the instructions on the box
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups chocolate melts or chocolate chips
- chocolate sprinkles
Bake 9x13 cake according to instructions and let cool.
Crumble up the chocolate cake, then add in the softened cream cheese and and mix together using a mixer or food processor until fully incorporated.
Using a 1" cookie scoop, roll out truffles into balls and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all of the mixture has been used up.
Place sheet pan in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Once the truffles have finished firming up in the freezer, place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat until melted.
Roll each truffle in chocolate until fully coated and then transfer back to the lined sheet pan.
Once all the cheesecake truffles are done, return to the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
