These fun-loving Lunch Lady Brownies are perfect when you're craving super-moist fudgy brownies topped with just the right amount of delicious milk chocolate frosting on top!

Ingredients
Lunch Lady Brownies
1cupbutter melted
½cupunsweetened cocoa powder
2cupsall-purpose flour
2cupssugar
4large eggslightly beaten
1tablespoonvanilla extract
Milk Chocolate Frosting
¼cupbuttersoftened
¼cupmilk of choice
¼cupunsweetened cocoa powder
3cupsconfectioners' sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Lunch Lady Brownies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil or parchment paper. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and cocoa powder together until smooth.
Add remaining brownie ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Let brownies cool 15 minutes and then frost.
Milk Chocolate Frosting
Use an electric mixer to beat together all frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread frosting on brownies about 15 to 20 minutes after brownies have been pulled out of the oven. If the frosting melts some, that's ok, it will firm up as it cools.
Once brownies have set and cooled, cut brownies and serve.
Notes
Add your favorite toppings on top of the brownies, if you want to dress them up!
I added sprinkles, mini m&m's and some Andes mint candies on each of the brownies after I cut them and gently pressed them down into the frosting.
If you want to add them before that, it's fine, just make sure the frosting isn't too warm, when you add them so they don't melt into the frosting.
