S'mores Pie

This easy S’mores Pie is a homemade, golden, buttery cookie in pie form, stuffed full of gooey marshmallow fluff, chocolate candy bars, chocolate chips and graham cracker bits throughout!

Ingredients

  • cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ⅔ cup all-purpose flour
  • 7 oz. marshmallow fluff
  • 6 Graham crackers - break into small bits
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Hershey Bars bits

Instructions

How to Make S'mores Pie Recipe

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie platewith cooking spray, set aside.

Make the Cookie Dough

  • Using a mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  • Add egg, salt, baking soda, vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Add the flour and mix just until flour is incorporated.

Start Layering

  • Press 1/2 of the cookie dough into the bottom of the pie plate.
  • Spread the marshmallow fluff over the cookie dough.
  • Sprinkle the fluff with chocolate chips, candy bar and the graham cracker bits.
  • Next, using a small scoop or spoon, scoop the remaining cookie dough on top of the cookie pie. (You won’t be able to cover the top entirely, so it’s okay for some of the marshmallows and the chocolate chips to peek through.) Add more candy bar or graham cracker goodies on top, if you desire.

Bake

  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cookie is golden brown.
  • Cool for 30 minutes before cutting into for slices nice looking slices. But, hey, we can’t blame you if you want to dig in earlier than that! Just hand out some big spoons and dig in!
