Oreo Cupcakes
These Ultimate Oreo Cupcakes are triple-loaded with chocolate Oreo cookies and cream throughout! You can make these super easy for your next party or celebration! We frosted these fancy chocolate cupcakes (with chopped Oreos inside) with a tempting Oreo Vanilla Frosting and we can't forget the Oreo cookie accessory on top with some decadent chocolate sauce!

Chocolate Cupcakes (for homemade chocolate cake, see above in post)
- 1 box chocolate cake mix + ingredients (sugar-free, gluten-free mixes can also be used)
- 36 Oreos, chopped
Easiest Oreo Vanilla Frosting (for homemade frosting, see in notes)
- 4 16 oz. tubs Vanilla Frosting Might be able to get away with 2 or 3 tubs, it just depends how much frosting you want.
- 10-20 Oreo Cookies crushed into crumbs
Toppings
- Drizzles Chocolate Sauce I used Hershey's, can also use hot fudge or chocolate ganache
- 12 Oreos cut in half
- Optional Sprinkles
For Homemade Oreo Vanilla Frosting:
- 10-15 Oreo Cookies
- 1 cup salted butter, room temperature
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
- Crush Oreos into crumbs, if piping onto cupcakes, make sure the cookies aren't too big or they won't go through the star tip and plug it.
- Mix butter together with powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time, until all blended, then add in vanilla and cream and mix together until creamy.
- Add crushed Oreo's and blend well.
- If mixture is too thick, add additional teaspoon of heavy cream one at a time until desired thickness is achieved.
