No-Bake Nutella Mousse Cheesecakes with Fresh Fruit Whipped Cream
Enjoy these rich, chocolate Nutella mousse cheesecakes with Oreo crumbles and real whipped cream infused with pureed fresh fruit.

Oreo Crumblies
- 16 Oreo Cookies crushed crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Nutella Cheesecake
- 8 oz . cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup Nutella
- ¼ cup Chocolate Fudge Topping
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla or almond extract
Fresh Banana or Strawberry Whipped Cream
- 2 ripe bananas OR 16-20 strawberries reserve 1 banana or 8-10 strawberries for garnishing
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
- Optional: toasted hazelnuts chopped
Nutella Cheesecake
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl, until smooth.
Add the Nutella and vanilla and mix until well combined.
In another large bowl, whip the whipping cream until medium to stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until well blended.
Spoon the filling, dividing evenly into individual bowls on top of the Oreo crumbles.
Slice 4-6 strawberries or 1 banana and place on top of Nutella Cheesecake forming a circle, fruit can overlap.
Put bowls in fridge.
Fresh Banana or Strawberry Whipped Cream
In another bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Using a blender, puree the remaining strawberries or banana, then fold into whipped cream.
Pipe or spoon the fruit infused whipped cream onto the Nutella cheesecakes and add a slice of fruit on top of the whipped cream.
Cover and put back in fridge for 2 hours at least .
