Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine/whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, set aside.
Cream together the butter and sugar for 3 minutes.
Add the egg, buttermilk and red food coloring. Mix thoroughly.
Add the flour mixture. Mix well.
Spray a 9 x 9 pan with non-sticking cooking spray. Add parchment paper that overhangs the sides to cut into bars easier.
Spread the red velvet cake batter on the bottom of the pan and bake this for 15 minutes and remove from the oven.
First top with the cake with coconut, then the dark chopped chocolate or chips, then the white chopped chocolate or chips, followed by the almonds.
Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk over all the goodies.
Bake for another 30 minutes. Let set for at least 2 hours before cutting.
