Ingredients

  • 20 oz. Ghirardelli Chocolate Melting Wafers or 2 cups Chocolate Chips semi-sweet or milk or combination
  • 16 graham crackers
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • optional: oil like canola vegetable or coconut to thin out chocolate 1 - 2 teaspoons
  • 16 Gummy Spiders

Instructions

  • Prepare 1-2 baking sheets and line with parchment paper, set aside.
  • Place chocolate chocolate chips or wafers in microwave-safe container.
  • Microwave chocolate for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly (product keeps its original shape until stirred). If not completely melted, continue to microwave at 30 second intervals and stir until smooth. Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of canola or oil of choice to thin the chocolate if it's super thick. AND Overheating will cause chocolate to seize, so be mindful of that.
  • Dip graham crackers one a time coating the graham cracker on both sides, using a fork and place on parchment paper.
  • Melt white chocolate chips, same method as step 3.
  • Working quickly, spoon the melted white candy melts or chocolate chips into a resealable plastic bag and cut off a small corner. Pipe 4 or 5 concentric circles and then drag a toothpick from the center of the circle to the outermost circle in several places to create a spiderweb design. Repeat, working quickly, until the cookies are covered in the spiderweb pattern.
  • Add a gummy spider on top of each of the cookies.
  • Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes. Leave in fridge or cool storage area until ready to party!
