Dark Chocolate Covered Almond & Cherry Clusters with Sea Salt {4 ingredients!}

The sea salt on top of the deep, velvety dark chocolate delivers such a sophisticated taste with the roasted almonds and dried cherries. It's addicting!

  • 2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips. Wilton's Dark Chocolate wafers or Candiquick I've used Ghiradelli dark chocolate wafers and Wilton's,
  • 1 1/2 cup roasted salted or unsalted almonds whole or chopped I did whole
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • Sea Salt for sprinkling


  • Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 1 minute, stir, add extra 15 seconds each interval until melted, stirring in between each interval.
  • Stir in almonds and dried cherries.
  • Spoon into clusters on parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle each cluster with a little more sea salt.
  • Let chocolate set.
  • Yummy!!
