Soft Serve Banana {Whip} Ice Cream - One Ingredient!

  • 2 -3 ripe bananas frozen chunks


  • Put frozen banana chunks into blender or food processor.
  • Blend bananas for about 3 minutes in food processor or 5 minutes in blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. This banana whip mixture is the PERFECT soft serve ice cream.
  • Enjoy your soft serve banana whip!


If you want to add in additional flavors like peanut butter, nutella, or chocolate. I’d recommend adding the ingredients in before blending. Chocolate chips, candies, granola or fruit bits should be added after the bananas are blended.
Once blended, serve it right away for a soft-serve ice cream. You can firm it back up in the freezer for a few minutes. Overnight in the freezer, it will turn into hard ice cream. If this happens, just set at room temperature until it starts to soften and enjoy!
