Peanut Butter
or for a twist, add your favorite nut butter
Optional:
Sugar-free Peanut Butter Cups or Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
Put frozen banana chunks into blender or food processor.
Blend bananas for about 3 minutes in food processor or 5 minutes in blender until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
Once smooth and creamy, add cocoa powder & peanut butter and blend again until well combined.
Serve immediately for soft serve ice cream or place in freezer for a few minutes to firm up. Add some Reese Cups on top if desired!
Enjoy your soft serve Reese's Ice Cream!
Notes
If you want to add in additional flavors like vanilla extract, Nutella, or chocolate, I would recommend adding the ingredients in before blending.
Chocolate chips, candies, granola or fruit bits should be added after the bananas are blended.
Once blended, serve immediately for a soft-serve ice cream. You can firm it back up in the freezer for a few minutes.
Overnight in the freezer, it will turn into frozen ice cream. Set at room temperature until it starts to soften if you want soft-serve and enjoy!
