- 1 ½ cups of frozen mixed berries strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk add more if needed
- 1 cup vanilla FAGE Greek Yogurt or your favorite Greek yogurt
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey, healthy sugar like Lakanto, maple syrup or add some banana to sweeten it up if necessary.
- Add some crushed ice if you use fresh fruit.
