  1. There are a number of reasons why the fudge was grainy. It might be that you haven’t dissolved all the sugar before boiling the fudge mixture. It could be that there just wasn’t enough fluid or fat to enable the sugar to dissolve or it might even be that the fudge wasn’t beaten long enough or hard enough. All of these factors could be the cause of grainy fudge. I hope this works out for you though Dawn! xo

  2. I always end up with hard dry fudge what causes that?? I haven’t tried this recipe yet I’m looking for a creamy voice bunch okay this one will get me the results

  3. Hi Jen,
I haven’t tried it, so not sure. If I did try it, I would use just a little less evaporated milk since it’s watered down. Happy Holidays!

  4. I actually believe I have never even made fudge, though I’ve definitely eaten my fair share! My boys would LOVE this, they are peanut butter fans! Thanks for sharing the recipe with us at Merry Monday!

  5. That is funny that they won’t eat peanut butter, but will eat the fudge and the pie. Not that I can blame them, this fudge looks amazing. I’m not sure I can make it though, I am afraid I will eat WAY too much!
