Pro Baking Blondie Tip

  • The trick for making the most delicious blondies, is to never over-bake them, ever!  Who want’s dried out, crumbly blondies? No thank you!  Theoretically, unless, we’re stranded on a deserted island and there is nothing else to eat, then I think we might have to rethink our strategy.  I’m not sure how these would show up on a deserted island, but you know what I mean!  🙂
  • These are easy to whip up and they bake up beautifully.  After they’ve cooled, you just cut them to the size you like and add the peanut butter chocolate glaze and let them set.  Put them in the freezer or fridge for 5 mins for a quick set.
