  1. Thank you for having such a great blog with mouth watering recipes. Recently made a few items from your site after seeing you on the Food Network. The Apple Fritter quick bread was a hit with my family. Just made these brownies today to take over to a friends house and they were delicious. My only issue with these was the chocolate ganache was really thick. I followed your instructions the first time and it was way too thick to do any thing with. Remade it with an additional tablespoon of butter and decreased the cooking time to 15 seconds after the first 30 seconds. It was a little better but still too thick for a ganache. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong?

  2. These brownies look so scrumptious! I know my grandsons will go nuts over them! I kinda think their grandma might, too!! ? Thanks for another willpower testing, Kim!!

  3. Oh my goodness, you are the queen of delicious treats! And these are no exception, so decadent and delicious! I think I’m going to have to change my New Year’s resolution to no swearing because my diet is not happening! 😉
