Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake Brownie Trifle is so heavenly!  Delectable, irresistible trifle layers of the best home-made soft and chewy brownies, creamy chocolate pudding mousse, luscious whipped cream cheese fluff, lots of O.M.G. real vanilla whipped cream and we’re not done yet.

This is about the most sinful heavenly dessert EVER on the face of this earth, I swear!!  This is definitely ‘the winner’ to take to impress whoever you want to impress!  However, please be advised in advance...DO NOT FIND YOURSELF ALONE WITH THIS DESSERT!  I warned you. 😉

As I said…This is definitely the winner to take to impress!  I took this to our Thanksgiving and glad I did!  I was sort of under pressure, since I  am the gal that writes about and bakes the sweet goodies for this blog.  This is not when you want something to go wrong, ya know?   

End result?  It was absolutely heaven!!  I also took some yummy, delicious  Best-Ever White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

How to Make Heavenly Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake Brownie Trifle

Homemade Brownies (or you can make boxed brownies according to box instructions.)

  • Preheat over to 350 (175 degrees C). Spray with non-stick spray.
  • Using a mixer, cream the butter and sugar together.
  • Add eggs and vanilla and blend well.
  • Add salt, cocoa, and flour and mix until just combined.
  • Pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until done. Cool completely.
  • Once brownies are cooled completely cut into 1 inch squares.

Vanilla Whipped Cream

  • While brownies are baking, beat chilled whipping cream and sugar in chilled small bowl at high speed, scraping bowl often, until stiff peaks form (1 to 2 minutes).
  • Stir in vanilla. Store refrigerated until ready to use.

Chocolate Mousse Cream Layer

  • In a large bowl, prepare chocolate pudding mix as directed.
  • Fold in 1 cup or 8 oz whipped cream until there are no streaks remaining.

Whipped Cheesecake Fluff

  • In a large bowl, using a mixer, beat softened cream cheese.
  • Fold in 1 cup or 8 oz whipped cream until there are no streaks remaining

Toppings

Layering in your Trifle Bowl or Dish

  1. Distribute half of brownies squares for the first layer in your trifle bowl.
  2. Dollop half of Chocolate Pudding mixture
  3. Dollop half of Whipped Cream Cheese Fluff
  4. Next, add remaining brownie squares
  5. Spread Chocolate Pudding mixture over the top of the brownies
  6. Next, add Whipped Cheesecake fluff and spread over the pudding.
  7. Add remaining whipped cream or Cool Whip on top.
  8. Drizzle caramel, chocolate syrups, then sprinkle  candy slices and Heath Toffee Chips on top.
  9. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

Ingredients
  

Home-made Brownies

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup cocoa

Vanilla Whipped Cream

  • 1 Qt or 4 cups heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar or powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • or you can use
  • 4 tubs or 32 oz Cool Whip

Chocolate Cream Layer

  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix as directed on package 3.9 oz
  • 1 cup of vanilla whipped cream

Whipped Cheesecake Fluff

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup vanilla whipped cream

Topping

  • 2 cups vanilla whipped cream
  • 2 Twix, Snickers or Milkyway 4 bars, sliced in chunks
  • ¼ cup caramel topping
  • ¼ cup Hershey's topping
  • ¼ cup Heath Toffee Chips
