This Is Chocolate, Graham and Marshmallow S’More Heaven!!

S’mores go hand in hand with summer and fall and surely is a family favorite.  Everyone delights in firing up a toasty, fluffy, gooey marshmallow, melty milk chocolate sandwiched between 2 graham crackers!  So dreamy delish!  But, there’s no mess with this foolproof recipe, so you can enjoy the campfire delight all year long!

With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up this delicious treat in about 5 minutes flat.

I made this super easy fudge for my ‘bestest’ friend Sarah.  She just had foot surgery, again. I’m thinking there better be a third-times-a-charm ending to this, meaning this is the 3rd time she’s had surgery on the same foot.  Hopefully this will make her feel better for a minute!

Though it was depressing to hear she had to have the surgery. I wanted to make something special for her and my way of cheering up my friends, is to make them something I think they will love.  She loves s’mores “anything” for as long as I’ve known her, so this sweet treat was perfect!

How to Make Easy S’mores Fudge!

  1. Combine the chocolate chips, the sweetened condensed milk, and the butter in a medium size glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.
  2. Stir to combine and heat another 15 seconds.
  3. Stir and heat an additional 15 seconds.
  4. As you are stirring, if chocolate isn’t melted all the way, it will still keep melting and that is fine. Add the chopped graham crackers and marshmallows to the chocolate in the bowl. Stir to combine. Scoop or pour mixture into a parchment paper or foil lined 8×8 square baking dish or baking pan for easy removal.
  5. Spread with a spatula to even out.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
  7. Slice chocolate fudge into 1 to 1-½ inch squares using a sharp knife and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  8. Bring marshmallow graham fudge to room temperature before serving or right out of the fridge. Add a Hershey Bar rectangle on top and sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on top if you want. Best served at room temperature in my opinion.

  1. Hi Noreen! I’m so happy you love it and you can absolutely leave those ingredients out. It will just be chocolate fudge but still delish! Happy Holidays!!

  2. Hi Kim! I absolutely love your fudge!! I made it for a few of my friends who found and returned my headphones to me. I wanted to make this for my teachers as a little Christmas thank you but I’m a bit worried about nut allergies relating to the graham crackers. If I removed the graham crackers and marshmallows do you think it would make any difference in the overall taste of the fudge?

  3. Oh my word, fudge is one of my all time weaknesses, and now you have to go and make a s’mores version!! I’ll never be able to resist making these!! 😀 They look absolutely delicious Kim!!!

  4. Oh my word, fudge is one of my greatest weaknesses and now you have to go and make a s’mores version!! I’ll never be able to resist making these!! They look absolutely delicious!! 😀

  5. I’m kinda of with you on the fudge thing, I am not a fudge making diva by any means! LOL! But I can handle this fudge and how versatile it is. Definitely worth the slice or five! I hope you give it a try Ben! Thanks so much!!

  6. Last Christmas season I finally discovered delicious fudge (I had attempted it before for a couple of times, but I always failed). Oh gosh we had A LOT of fudge last December (I blame those few extra pounds on the fudge along with my weak willpower). Anyway, I have a feeling that this year I might include some fudge for the Christmas season again although I’m scared of the idea of paying off after all. This fudge looks perfect. I’d certainly have a slice…or five 🙂

  7. Love this twist to the classic fudge, perfect for Christmas cookie exchange. Can never seem to have enough s’mores in my life. Hope Sarah gets better and third time is definitely the charm:)
