Soft JUMBO Peanut Butter Cookies {PB M&Ms, Milk Chocolate Chips & Reese Cups Allowed!}

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Peanut M&Ms
  • ½ cup Milk Chocolate Chips or whatever you prefer
  • 1 cup mini Reese Cups rough chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or use a non-stick spray instead.
  • In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer and mix the butter and sugars until light and fluffy on medium speed.
  • Add beaten egg and vanilla mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in peanut butter then add flour, soda and salt mixing on low speed.
  • Add the PB M&Ms, peanut butter and milk chocolate chips and chopped up Reese cups to the peanut butter cookie dough. Using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, incorporate until just combined.
  • Using a large ice cream scoop, scoop onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 13-14 minutes.
  • Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.

Notes

You get 16-18 large cookies! Yum! Or if you want small cookies 3 - 4 dozen depending on how big you make them. Enjoy!!
