Devilish-ous Chocolate Mini Donut Muffins {with Nutella Ganache}

Cake Batter Donuts
- 1 Boxed Devils Food Chocolate Cake mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 cup milk or chocolate almond milk
Nutella Ganache
- ½ cup Nutella
- ⅓ cup heavy cream or milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease mini muffin tins.
In a bowl combine cake mix, eggs, butter, and milk. Beat for about 2 minutes or until smooth. Batter will be thick.
Scoop batter into muffin cups, filling each cup about 3/4 full. (I used a small ice cream scooper, just right!)
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done.
Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove donut muffins from pan and place on wire rack to cool.
Nutella Ganache
Combine Nutella and cream or milk and whisk until smooth. If the ganache is too thick, add more cream or milk as needed.
When the donuts are done, cool for 10 minutes and dip the top into the glaze. Sprinkle with hazelnuts, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips or whatever your little heart desires.
Allow ganache to set before serving.
