Peanut Butter Pancakes
Tempting peanut butter flavored pancakes with peanut butter maple syrup for peanut butter lovers. Step it up a notch with some jam or jelly, chocolate chips to make it extra special.

- 2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- ½ cup melted peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups water
Peanut Butter Maple Syrup
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup peanut butter
Peanut Butter Pancakes
Melt peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Let batter sit for 2 minutes.
In meantime, lightly grease griddle and start preheating to 375 degrees. You can also use a non-stick fry pan using medium-high heat.
With a 1/4 cup dry measuring cup, scoop batter onto griddle.
Cook pancakes 1 - 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once.
Peanut Butter Maple Syrup
In microwave safe bowl or measuring cup, combine peanut butter and syrup.
Microwave for 30 seconds, then stir.
Microwave thirty seconds more and stir until creamy and well combined.
Pour syrup between layers of pancakes and devour!!
