  • 1 cup Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
  • 1 frozen banana chunks
  • ½ cup raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds (1 teaspoon dry unsoaked)

  1. Laura, it does make them softer and easier to chew, but maybe you want to grind them up beforehand in a food processor or blender before adding to your smoothie. I know those seeds can really mess you up when you have that, so I would definitely do that if it was me! 🙂

  2. After you soak the seeds does that make them softer and easier to chew? I have diverticulitis and have to watch out for seeds and nuts. Looks good though.
