Everyone LOVES cookies!!! Soft JUMBO Peanut Butter Cookies will be huge hit at your house for sure!
I really can’t think of one person that doesn’t love them, can you? I feel sorry for anyone that doesn’t care for them…I mean, what a cruel world that would be, right? How depressing!
I’d have to eat a cookie or four just to get over the thought of that kind of depression (ironic, yes?) and these cookies are just the ticket! They are seriously, ‘serious peanut butter love’ for all you peanut butter lovers.
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup PB M&Ms
- 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips or whatever you prefer
- 1/2 cup mini Reese Cups chopped in quarters
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or use a non-stick spray instead.
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer and mix the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add beaten egg and vanilla mixing until well combined.
Stir in peanut butter then add flour, soda and salt.
Mix until just incorporated, then add the PB M&Ms, peanut butter and milk chocolate chips and chopped up Reese cups until combined.
Using a large ice cream scoop, scoop onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 11-12 minutes, until cooked through.
Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes then transfer to cooling rack.
You get 16-18 large cookies! Yum! Or if you want small cookies 3 - 4 dozen depending on how big you make them. Enjoy!!
