  1. Great to hear they’re a hit! Thank you so much for making these cookies again and again and sharing the recipe! I love it! xo

  2. I have made these too many times to count. It’s one of my go-to recipes for every occasion. I’m taking them to the church potluck tomorrow because they are a hit! Thanks for sharing. I have given this recipe out numerous times.

  3. Yes you could, but I would just keep a good eye on them so they don’t over-bake. Shave off a couple of minutes during baking both rounds in the oven and you should be fine! Have fun on your camping trip!

  4. Hi this recipe looks great and I can’t wait to try it for my camping trip coming up. If the maximum temperature I can bake this for is at 350, would I be able to achieve the same texture, consistency, and outcome as 375? If so, how long should I bake it for? Thank you so much!

  5. Hey Michelle! 🙂 You can use either, but I changed it to semi-sweet so it’s consistent with the ingredient list. Thanks and hope you love them!

  6. Recipe says add milk and dark chips and the ingredient list says you need milk and semi sweet chips? Which do I use?

  7. Hey Nicole! This recipe is specifically for a 13×18 sheet pan. If you divide the recipe in half it would do nicely in a 9×13 though.

  8. I made these but I had to use a 9×13 pan and I cooked them for about 15 minutes and the cookie dough was still mushy!

  9. Hi Casey, yes that is normal, but remember there is more to the recipe. You need to add the marshmallows, chocolate and graham cracker bits, then bake 5-7 minutes longer. They will be delicious!

  10. I am actually making these delicious treats in the oven as we speak! I cannot wait to try and serve to my family for Christmas. I have left them in for 5 min already and they are practically dough. Is that normal?

  11. One of the best desserts I have ever had/made! Very simple directions and SO delicious! Will definitely make again!

  12. Hi Meghan! I updated the recipe, so it makes a lot, but if you’ve got a big crowd, you may want to double. It makes approx 30. Hope that helps and hope you have a great superbowl with these bars! 🙂

  13. How much does this make? Im looking at making it for the super bowl but not sure if the recipe as is will work or if I should double it. It looks AMAZING! Thanks

  14. This takes a sheet cake pan, or 10 x 15″ jelly roll pan. If you can’t use graham crackers, any kind of flat, thin cookie or cracker that you can find should work. Hope that helps? 🙂 Sorry to just get back with you! Family medical issues…. 🙁

  15. hi, I’m just wondering 1. what size baking tin should you bake it in? 2. is there an alternative to graham crackers? I live in the uk and they seem to be nowhere to be found! Please could you get back to me by Friday? thank you!

  16. Thanks so much Small Talk Mama! 🙂 These are really, really good, your whole family will love them! Thanks so much for pinning and stopping by. TGIF! 🙂

  17. Suzi, I totally sympathize with you! I did a 21 day challenge without sugar. Do you know how hard that was to have a dessert blog and not taste anything while baking goodies? ugh…I did it, good luck with your challenge and thanks so much for stopping by. Maybe I’ll have to do a sugar-free dessert to help you out?! 🙂

  18. Thank you so much Amanda! Glad you stopped by and I hope you make them! They really are awesome and I’m a s’mores junkie as well! 🙂

  19. Thank you for joining us at the Oh My Heartsie Girl Wordless Wednesday! I look forward to seeing you again next week!

  21. My husband and I have challenged ourselves to no sugar till July 1, my birthday. We are going through the early pangs of sugar withdrawal so I am thoroughly enjoying imagining your recipe!!!

  22. i legit am drooling all over my computer! these look incredible! i am such a s’mores junky, but never tried the cookie bar form as of yet!! making these in the near future 🙂 happy to have found your blog!!

  23. I think I just gained a pound reading this. Yummy! They look great. Too bad graham crackers are one of those things that has yet to come to New Zealand.
